Unique materials absorb a heavy amount of exudate, and provide an optimal wound healing environment. Nonwoven wicking layer wicks excess moisture away from the wound site. Polyurethane backing defends against germs and is water-resistant, yet is also vapor-permeable to allow air circulation to the wound.
