Mepilex Wound Dressing
| Primary dressing designed to be atraumatic to the wound and surrounding skin upon removal, improving patient comfort. Absorbs exudate and maintains an optimal moist wound healing environment. Long-wearing dressing may be used for several days over non-infected wounds, reducing the amount of dressing changes. Also may be lifted and adjusted without losing its adherence and without macerating skin and tissue. Easy to apply and remove, may be cut to size, and may be used under compression bandages. Ideal for wounds such as leg and foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, graft and donor sites, and traumatic wounds.
